Susanna has over 30 years’ experience as a communication skills / learning and development consultant and has wide international experience. She has designed and run successful programmes for global organisations, the professions and the public sector in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the US. She is based in Salisbury (UK), and has lived and worked in Italy, Israel, Belgium and Hungary.
She has worked extensively with a wide range of business sectors, including oil and gas, insurance and reinsurance, telecommunications, financial services, logistics, information technology, electronics, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, engineering, health and body care, food and drink, and consumer goods. She has also worked with public sector organisations and the voluntary sector.
In the past two years, Susanna has delivered training programmes that include international pitching and negotiation skills, influencing skills, international teambuilding, remote team working, leadership, facilitation skills, communication skills and working across cultures.
